2019 ram screen not working. No radio, backup camera, etc. Mar 23, 2020 · A couple days ago the screen in our ram 1500 went blank and has not come back on. Tried resetting system and also disconnecting battery, but no dice. 4-inch screen for an extended period reported the screen behaving weirdly. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TOUCH BAR BACKLIGH IST NOT WORKING, however, the touch bar still works, so it allows you to change the volume and screen brightness if you press the right area on it. It corrected itself latter that day but I did not know what caused the issue. The first time that it happened, the radio worked fine but the screen was blank.
